Exchange / Refunds
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds on products for change of mind. We do offer exchange for wrong sizing depending if your desired size is in stock. When deciding ring size please refer to our sizing guide. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return item and for the postage back to customer of new sized item/items, if the item does not reach us safely we can not complete the exchange. If you receive your item faulty please notify & return to us asap so we can send out a replacement or issue a refund promptly, postage will be reimbursed to customer for faulty items. Exchange / refunds must be notified to us via email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your faulty item then your exchange / refund will occur. Items / sizes may be restocked, please keep checking our Instagram and social media pages for product launch dates.
